Oversee operations of HUD assisted apartment complexes in Spearfish and Belle Fourche. Background in management, real estate or property management, and building & grounds maintenance preferred.

Leasing Agent :

Individual will show and lease apartments, duplexes, town homes, or mobile home lots to prospective tenants. Individual will interview prospective tenants and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications. Will be responsible for completing lease forms and collects rental deposit. The individual must be ambitious and provide superior customer service. 

General Maintenance: 

General construction skills, familiar with heating and water systems, and have transportation and tools.
